This page explains how to monitor and analyze the performance of your FelAIProductAdvisor to optimize its effectiveness and ROI.

Overview

The FelAIProductAdvisor includes built-in analytics capabilities that allow you to track conversations, measure performance, and gain insights into customer behavior. These analytics can help you optimize your product advisor, improve customer satisfaction, and increase conversions.

Available Analytics

Conversation Analytics

The FelAIProductAdvisor tracks various metrics related to customer conversations:

Accessing Analytics

Admin Dashboard

The main analytics dashboard is available in the Shopware Administration:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > FelAIProductAdvisor
  2. Click on the Analytics tab
  3. View the overview dashboard or select specific reports

Analytics Reports

The following reports are available:

  1. Overview Report: Summary of key metrics and trends
  2. Conversation Report: Detailed analysis of conversations
  3. Product Performance Report: How products perform in the advisor
  4. User Engagement Report: How users interact with the advisor

Tracking Setup

Default Tracking

By default, the FelAIProductAdvisor tracks basic metrics without any additional configuration. This includes:

  • Conversation counts
  • Message counts
  • Product displays and clicks
  • Basic conversion tracking

Enhanced Tracking

For more detailed analytics, you can enable enhanced tracking:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > FelAIProductAdvisor > Settings
  2. Go to the Analytics tab
  3. Enable Enhanced Tracking
  4. Configure the tracking options:
    • User Identification: Track returning users
    • Session Recording: Record conversation flows
    • Heatmaps: Track where users click in the chat interface
    • Funnel Analysis: Track user progression through conversation stages

Integration with Other Analytics Tools

Google Analytics Integration

The FelAIProductAdvisor can be integrated with Google Analytics to track advisor interactions:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > FelAIProductAdvisor > Settings
  2. Go to the Integrations tab
  3. Enable Google Analytics Integration
  4. Enter your Google Analytics tracking ID
  5. Configure event tracking options

The FelAIProductAdvisor stores conversation logs that you can review to gain qualitative insights:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > FelAIProductAdvisor
  2. Click on the Conversation Logs tab
  3. Browse or search for specific conversations

Log Details

Each conversation log includes:

  • Complete message history
  • Products shown and clicked
  • User information (if available)
  • Timestamps
  • Conversion outcomes

Privacy Considerations

To comply with privacy regulations:

  • Conversation logs are anonymized by default
  • Personal information is not stored unless explicitly configured
  • Logs can be automatically deleted after a configurable period
  • Users can be informed about data collection through a privacy notice
