📄️ Assistant Logs
This feature has a somewhat cumbersome name for humans. People would rather call it an FAQ system based on questions and corresponding answers. Since assistants are very familiar with logs and the logs principle, we chose "logs" as name.
📄️ Chat Logs
The Chat logs are logs that capture conversations between users and assistants. Each log entry contains the full thread, extended whenever a chat gets continued. It includes user queries, assistant responses, and some basic request infos like timestamps and token usage. This feature helps you track and review AI-driven interactions to ensure quality and accuracy in responses.
📄️ Content Checker
The Content Checker allows you to simulate Assistants making tool requests.
📄️ Content Editor
The "Content Editor" allows you to customize plugin configurations. It provides an easy way to configure Blacklist and Whitelist options by using advanced filters for categories, manufacturers, properties, and property groups, all SalesChannel based.
📄️ Manage Tags
The tags defined on the "Manage Tags" page will be used by Assistants to categorize and log messages on various topics, helping to organize and filter conversations for easier analysis and management.
📄️ Playground Chat
A fully implemented Backend chat, that allows you to test all aspects, provided by the "Assistant Manager", in a real chat, using Saleschannel, Saleschannel Domain, and if available, a separate plugin configuration. It requires an OpenAI API Key and at least one Assistant, associated to that key.
